Course Description

In this 1-hour APA approved continuing education course, participants explored the critical role of emotional intelligence in leading through disruption, integrating the concepts of meta-leadership from Harvard with philosophy, logo-therapy, and cognitive-behavioral coaching.

(1) Describe the 4 “Ps” that the presenter taught for turning crisis into opportunity.

(2) Recite meaning of logotherapy, developed by Viktor Frankl.

(3) Define trigger script and how it is best used.

Completion Requirements:

To obtain your CE certificate, you must progress through all course segments and readings, and obtain a score of 80% or higher on a post-test. Users will have a maximum of 3 attempts to complete the post-test at 80% proficiency.

After watching course video, the post-test will be available to complete, along the course evaluation.
