This workshop leverages state-of-the-art behavioral science about behavioral indicators that have been validly and reliably demonstrated as signs a critical mental states.
Tactical Interviewing: Verbal Content Analysis (VCA)
Participants learn to analyze verbal statements to identify meaningful content areas where “there is more to the story than is being told”.
