For what states and professions is Humintell approved to offer CE credit?
Humintell is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. Humintell maintains responsibility for this program and its content.

How can I access my certificate?
Once you have passed the post-test at 80% proficiency, you may download your certificate of attendance from your training panel. You can access your training panel by logging into https://apaceu.humintell.com/
How can I offer feedback?
For feedback about a specific course, we use a course evaluation form that is available at the end of each course. For overall feedback or for course suggestions, please email us at info@humintell.com.

Complaints regarding our CE courses can be submitted in writing and will be answered promptly within 3 business days. If we receive a complaint, we will provide a credit that can be applied to another course or provide a full refund to individuals who are not completely satisfied with their purchase. A full refund will be given to those who have not completed the post-test.
Do you provide disability accommodations?
Humintell will take reasonable steps to accommodate customer requests for disability accommodations in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Requests for accommodations may be submitted via email to info@humintell.com If we receive a request for accommodation, we will provide a response for reasonable accommodation within 2 weeks. Requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Do my courses expire?
Yes, all our online courses expire one year from the date of registration on the training site.
