A new study published in the Journal of Clinical Investigation suggests that there is a correlation between food and a person’s emotional state.
Led by Belgian researcher Dr. Lukas Van Oudenhove, scientists found that even absent taste, smell, and look, saturated fat fended off negative emotions.
